Break Up - Top 10 Things I Am Learning From This Tough Time

10) When in a relationship, make sure both people are on the same page...

both must believe the same things about relationships, trust, commitment, understanding and love.

9) Relationships should be as transparent as possible (mine was not)

No excuse... Even if talking is tough... you have to talk to each other to work things through... don't assume... and especially never assume the other person knows what you are thinking.

8) Talk about the future and picture it together...

7) Both must understand that leaving is not the answer...

More reasons to stay will come to you when you are calm... not angry...

6) Never allow an argument to last over night

5) When things don't feel right, tell your partner... Relationships take 2 to work...

You can't work at it on your own.
