Cous Cous

Cooking at Home on Sunday Night...
My first attempt at making Cous Cous.
Cous cous with red bell peppers, sugar peas and parsley.
The cous cous turned out a bit lumpier than I had hoped...
Fail.
Cous cous salad
on a bed of fresh baby spinach,
topped with a poached egg.

Jon told me about the cling wrap method of poaching an egg which makes poaching so much easier.
The last time I tried the traditional method, it ended up like the scene when Julie tried to poach her first egg in
Julie & Julia.

I always have an urge to cook when I am busy!
Bon Appetit.
