A V O C A D O

Andrea's Really Easy Avocado Milkshake
(serves 2)

5 cubes of ice
1 whole avocado
1 glass of skimmed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1.5 tablespoons of honey

Put 5 cubes of ice into the blender and pulse till blended well.
Add the avocado, milk, vanilla essence and honey to the blender
and blender at high speed till smooth.
Serve in a glass!
